Composition: AlV55 is a binary master alloy with Al as the matrix and V as the core alloying element, with V content of 50%~60% (typical: 55%) and Al as the balance. As the top choice high-efficiency carrier for V in Ti alloy and high-end Al alloy manufacturing, it addresses the industrial issues of pure V including 1890℃ ultra-high melting point, easy oxidation, poor compatibility with base metals and segregation tendency in separate addition. It achieves precise and uniform V doping in base alloys, with auxiliary effects of deoxidation, grain refinement and optimizing alloy mechanical properties.
